It's a lime!

So it's been over a month since I posted to the blog. And I have a lot of photos to eventually share, but I wanted to take this time to share some very exciting news! We're going to have Baby Appleton #2!! I'm about 12 weeks along and starting to finally have a little more energy and a lot less nausea. The baby looked very healthy at the first ultrasound and it was exciting to hear his/her heartbeat. My due date is October 2nd.

Abigail was at the appointment and she didn't really understand why the nurse was putting jelly all over mommy's belly. She says "baby, belly" whenever we talk about it. The past couple of days I have been having her kiss mommy's belly and say hi to the baby--it's so cute to watch her.

Since we do not have a scanner, a picture of a lime will have to do--it's about how big a baby is at 12 weeks! So here it is, our new little appleto--hopefully he/she is not so green.
